An innovative program inviting youth ages 15–28 to explore de-stigmatization of mental health through lyric analysis, creative expression, and safe community dialogue.

About the Program

Where Music Meets Wellness

CCACH's Mental Health and Hip-Hop program uses the universal language of music to create safe, stigma-free spaces for young people to explore mental health, identity, and resilience.

Through lyric analysis, creative writing, group discussions, and artistic expression, participants learn to recognize, articulate, and manage their mental health — all within a culturally affirming environment.

Sessions are co-facilitated by qualified clinicians and experienced mentors, ensuring participants receive both professional guidance and relatable peer support. The program runs in 6–8 session cycles, making it accessible and focused.
